VERSE RESEARCH LLC — REFUND POLICY

These refund policies govern all purchases from Verse Research LLC (via peptideverse.com) (“Verse Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via peptideverse.com (the “Site”).
1. Final Sale
Due to the nature of Research Use Only (RUO) chemical reagents, all sales are final.
2. Returns
Refunds or returns are not accepted once products are shipped.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Any damaged or incorrect shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Verification may require photos or documentation prior to resolution.
4. Replacement
Replacement shipments, if applicable, will be handled at Verse Research LLC’s discretion.
